Bernie Otonicar Moore's Home Page

Ms. Moore is in her 28th year of teaching, the past 10 years have been at TRMS! Currently she teaching 6th Grade Earth Science, Social Studies and Reading. Ms. Moore has one adult son, who lives in the area, and three dogs. She enjoys biking (road), reading, cooking, and going to her "beach get-a-way" in Florida. She feels like "one of the kids" with her new braces...and they're purple!

Some of the topics covered in Earth Science will be: The Scientific Method; lab safety; pollution; plate tectonics; geologic time; rock and minerals; the sun, stars and moon. Ms. Moore has participated in Georgia Tech's "Learning by Design" approach to science for four years.
