Welcome to Jef Franklin's Health and Physical Education web page.  I have been teaching in Fulton County for 17 years with the last 12 at TRMS.  I am married to a wonderful wife, Gretchen, and we have two daughters, Morgan and Meredith.  My interests outside of school include: playing with my daughters, teaching tennis lessons, traveling with my RV,   waterskiing, and wakeboarding.
