Chemistry and Cooking

Advanced Physical Science Assignment

Alton Brown, host of "Good Eats" on Food TV and a resident of Alpharetta, always shares information about the chemistry involved in cooking the recipes on his show.  He has asked our class to help the writers for his show with some ideas for a new episode.  Your deadline for getting your ideas ready is Monday, May 23, 2011.  If you'd like to share samples of your recipes, you may bring them to class with you for extra credit!
