8th Grade Advanced Physical Science
Current Unit: Lift, Spin, Drop, Fall
In this introductory unit, students learn more about the design process to solve problems such as building a book stand and an effective parachute. The unit reviews the scientific method and introduces students to concepts such as gravity, center of mass, drag, lift, and air resistance.
